At IHC as the technology and communications director is Sarah Dorger. Sarah is an Indian Hill alumna, having attended the school from kindergarten to her senior year. After graduating from Xavier University, she taught seventh and eighth grade English for four years at Bethany School, an Episcopal school in Glendale, where she was also the Sustainability Club mentor, mock trial coach for an undefeated team, Power of the Pen coach, member of the JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) committee, and social-emotional development consultant.

Sarah recently completed her Masters at Northern Kentucky University, where she researched and specialized in moral and social development in children’s education and the benefits of spending time outside. When Sarah isn’t in school or doing technology and communication for IHC, she’s involved with volunteering at local Scouting events and spends much of her summers at Camp Friedlander, a Scout camp in Loveland. Outside of work, she enjoys boating, the Cincinnati Shakespeare Company, art and knitting projects, traveling, and volunteering for community conservation projects.
